Summer Restaurant at Brobygaard

From 4th Jylu and until 10th August we are a cosy summer restaurant with laid back style and smiling staff.

The menu is a selection of entrées, main courses and desserts. You choose 1, 2 or 3 courses.

Entrées

Scrimp and salmon tart with chives cream and chervil
Chilled Gazpacho soup eith scrimps and sour cream
Tatar of ox with tarragon, eggyolk, dijon, and crisps

Mains

All main courses served with salad and potatoes.
Steak 250g with béarnaisemayo and grillet veggies (Add +50 Dkr.)
Fried small chicken with gravy, pickled cucumber and rhubarb
Panfried plaice with browned butter, capers, hazelnut, parsley and grilled lemon
Bacon-cheeseburger, 200g beef – dressing, cucumber, red onion, salad, tomato.

Childrens burger and pancakes with icecream 150 kr.

Dessert

Cheese platter with 3 cheeses, gooseberrychutney, sundried olives og crackers
Lemon meringue pie with raspberry sorbet
Chocolate brownie with vanilla icecream

2 courses 225 Dkr.

Wine menu 3 glasses 200 Dkr.
